At Techcsc Technologies, we are committed to delivering high-quality multi-vendor app development services. This refund policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested for our services.
If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe without valid justification, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
If the delivered app contains critical technical issues that prevent it from functioning as specified in our service agreement, and we are unable to resolve these issues within 30 days, you may be eligible for a refund.
Projects cancelled before development begins are eligible for a full refund minus any setup or consultation fees (maximum 10% of total project cost).
